मनोरोगी बनाम अपराधी

 वर्तमान परिदृश्य में बालिकाओं के साथ बढ़ते कुकृत्यों ने झकझोर दिया है सभी को | सामाजिक मीडिया पीआर जिस तरह से लोग अपने उद्गार व्यक्त कर रहे जैसे सज़ा देने का अधिकार सीधा फ़ेस बुकियों के पास ही रह गया है अब|

समाज की बेटियों के प्रति इस तरह का अपराध अक्षम्य है| परंतु इतिहास गवाह है की इस तरह के क्षणिक उबाल से उद्गार व्यक्त हो जाते हैं, भड़ास निकाल जाती है परंतु परिस्थितिया ज्यों की त्यों ही रहती हैं|

निर्भया हो या आसिफा बस किसी न किसी तरह से सुर्खियों में रहने के बाद शांत हो जाती हैं और कुरीतियाँ ज्यों की त्यों हैं | कोई तो कारण होगा ?

कानून से सब कुछ सुधरेगा ऐसा 130 करोड़ की आबादी वाले देश में असंभव है|

चिंतनीय ये बात भी है की अपराधी में धर्म मिल जाता है और उसके बाद बलियों और अलियों को मौका| मूलभूत प्रश्नों को उठाने वाले मिलते ही नहीं हैं और ये पत्रकार तो वही परोस रहे जो बिक जाये | मेरे अन्तर्मन में कुछ सवाल हैं और कुछ विकल्प भी |

1 हमें ये समझना होगा की ये अपराध है या मनोरोग? अपराधी है तो फांसी दो, जोकि देते ही आए हो परंतु कुछ बदला नहीं। न बदलेगा  कभी भी । अपराधी के साथ कभी अपराध का मूलल तत्व खत्म नहीं होता।

2 यदि ये मनोरोग है तो इनको जीवित रहने दिया जाये एवं इन मनोरोगियों पर शोध होना चाहिए । बिना मूल में गए रोग खत्म नही होगा ।

3 साथ ही साथ कानून को परिवर्तित करके इन अपराधियों को विशेष दर्जा देते हुए इंसान से बदल कर जानवर की श्रेणी दी जाए  ।

4 इनके लिए विशेष गृह चिड़ियाघर में बनाए जाएँ । इनके चिड़ियाघर में निर्मित घरों में अपराध प्रदर्शित होते हुए सभी को जानकारी मिले की इंका नव वर्गीकरण क्यूँ हुआ?

5 समाज ऐसी हालत देखकर कभी हिम्मत नही करेगा अपने को वर्गीकृत करवाने की।

6 वर्तमान कानून में वे न्यायाधीश भी दोषी हैं जिनहोने जानवरों को खुला छोड़ दिया जबकि वे इन्हे बांध सकते थे । महाभियोग तो उनके खिलाफ भी बन जाना चाहिए ।

कुकृत्यों को धार्मिक जामा पहना कर निकल जाना भविष्य के साथ किया गया भद्दा मज़ाक है और कुछ नही ।

नवीन संवेदनशीलता चाहिए।

SPORTS AND HOW IT BRINGS SMILES

 

Hosted yet another Tournament of Cricket and Badminton Successfully. Its amazing to feel what difference this makes in Individuals Life. Apart from Camaraderie developed and brotherhood propagated there are so many angles to explore in sports. Thought to bring out a few in this blog. Here are some of them according to my belief:-

 

 

 

 

1. Imagine a boy who is not doing well in studies and suddenly gets a Chance to compete somewhere in sports. Whereas in Studies he doesn't even want to compete he has a reason and meaning to work hard.Even from the mere announcement of an upcoming tournament somewhere, he finds a reason to live,enjoy,explore ,compete .His Prana level rises. He /She knows that there will be a few who will definitely clap for him,cheer for him and he will be happy.

He has found a reason in life

 

2. If he wins it is not only him /her who is happy. Its his entire home,his gully,his locality/school/college which is happy. If he somehow achieves bigger his city or may be state or entire nation which enjoys his success. Imagine a Tendulkar/Sania /Saina/Sushil kumar bring joy to millions. Its a win which makes so many happy as if they have won themselves.

 

 

3. Imagine a little girl in a small village winning a small race in her school. She goes back to her home smiling with a small 10 Rs. trophy. Its the efforts put in by her in winning which matter. This girl who found no difference in coming back from school, because she is straightaway exposed to household chores. Today when she returns with a prize ,she has a reason to return. She gets accolades from Parents who feel proud of her. This feeling of sense of achievement cannot be bought by any prize.

 

4. So many of our youngsters today are soft targets to Smoking/Alcoholism and various other kind of intoxications. Simply because they have to up there spirits by something or the other kind of  spirits and smacks. Sports is an alternative to all this menace. They play, enjoy ,get tired and sleep. Way to live life..

 

My only purpose in writing this is to draw attention to some benefits which Sports Brings out. Health, Job and Admissions are Secondary. Its the entire society which benefits by Sports negating so many menaces.

 

 

 

HENCE LETS ALL BE A SPORT......JAI HIND

दिवसों में लिप्त होती हमारी पहचान

Attended a few contrasting programs yesterday. Two were of  Mothers Day and one was Kranti Diwas (To commemorate the uprising of 1857). Will not go into Kranti Diwas as for me it was something Sacred.

However in the recent Five to Ten years there has been a sudden rise in "Days".Some of this could be because of Social Media Usage. However to name a few --we have Hug ,Valentines,Kiss,Petry,Wood,Silence,Pride,Towel,Father,D and Friendship Day.  Only God can tell who,why and when these events were created??

My perspective is very clear ,these days have been well thought of and created, just to sell and to do marketing. Offcourse the side effect could be a bit of Social Impact. However Kiss,Hug and Friendship Day have nothing to offer except some time pass.

To elaborate my point further I noticed a lot of messages being exchanged on Social Media ...Maa. Plus some good saintly people bought gifts for their mothers as well (Offcourse I have nothing against people who did this. They Must!)...

However on a second note I saw a Chamber of Commerce celebrating it by awarding Mothers. The Mothers being awarded were beautifull,cultured ladies from Corporate Houses. Most of them belonged to the age of 30-40. Were Directors,Entrepreneurs and Professionals. Couldn't get what for were they awarded on Mothers Day?? Most of them would have left their kids at home to be taken care of by their family members and maids!! ...and they were "Great Mother" as per the Chamber!!! I am sure this whole program was sponsored by Industry( having relation with the awardee). To add wound to injury this expense would be finally booked under CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)... I am sure many of the readers would get what I am talking about!!!

To add twist to this Mothers Day, I would further state that we have grown up learning 

वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम  . 

where does this modern MAA fit in with Nuclear Family in this phrase? and what are we celebrating in case  we have renounced the above phrase??

Our Culture has taught  us जननी जन्मभूमिश्च स्वर्गादपि गरीयसी, which means Mother and Mother Land are superior to heaven. We in the process of giving respect and salutation to Mother aren't forgetting our Motherland. I am sure most of the youngsters who celebrate Mothers Day give a damn to Motherland. Or so to say the thought of Motherland doesn't even occur to them!!

We as a Country are in a very tricky and bad situation as far as Nationalism is concerned. With the advent of these Modern Days , the situation is worsening. Our Nation comprises of 130 crores people and not even 1 crore real "Citizens".!! 

Somebody questioned me yesterday -When we can have Diwali and Holi ,why not Mothers Day? My reply would be the festivals bind a nation , I cant say the same for these modern Days!!! May be exaggerating but normally Modern Day Mothers are not even in the culture of binding, I would rather say they are in the Culture of breaking.

I am sure Mothers or for that matter Parents dont need Awards or Gifts to prove something. They just do it in a flow. The real Award for any Parent can be judged only by their Children and not by any Social Organization or Chambers of Commerce.

Through this blog I call upon my Countrymen to renounce these useless Days and Celebrate Vijay Diwas, Kranti Diwas,Sports Day  and such days which Instill Pride for Nation amongst us.

Blindly following others may not work for us. To further establish my point I would quote from wikipedia:-

Time to rethink my Countrymen!!! 

I didn't intend to demean the love for Mothers /Parents. It was just that I love my Country more....One of my very close acquaintances wrote on his fb walls yesterday

' मदर्स डे' पर फेसबुक पर उमड़ पड़े 'श्रवण कुमार और कुमारियों ' को देखकर मन भाव बिह्वल है । उम्मीद है कि अगले साल आज के दिन देश के सारे बृद्धाश्रम खाली हो चुके होंगे और सभी के हाथ रोज कम से कम एक घंटा मां के चरण चांपने में लगेगें ।

Being Inhuman

The verdict of  a Bombay Court makes the Celebrity a Convict. People are already dying to express their views on the Judgement either ways.

Why should a Celebrity be spared ? or Why couldn't he have been spared being such a lovely human??

The eyes or hands of law have never been sympathetic or emotional in any case I believe. It is said that Justice may be delayed but never denied. However this Justice has been postponed by two days further or may be longer... However I see this episode with a different point of view with all due respect to our Judicial System...

1.  Do all the accidents meet the same fate or is it that just because Salman was a  celebrity that the case recieved so much attention. Media trial had already closed and he was pronounced convict within weeks of accident. My question to media is ,does it cover most of such accidents with the same discipline and sincerity like the case of Salman ?
2. Is the State not responsible for the life's of its citizens ? why does a person need to sleep on footpath? Who is responsible to prevent them from sleeping on footpath and why he/it  failed to do so? isnt it a sad state of affairs for our country after so many years!
3. Normally youth is expressing a lot on this judgement on social media, Does it ever introspect when it drives mobikes or cars on roads.?? is this youth aware how many lives is it endangering when he talks on phone and rides/drives???.. it will zoom past you as if he has an urgent appointment with god...Does he ever think of lives of others or his own or his parents??
4. The Motor Vehicles Act has been recently amended with harsher penalties...but larger question is the mindset of todays drivers and a psyche of  Who Cares? All our drivers on Roads dont even know the Law...But 80% of drivers on Road are excellent "Managers of Law and Police ". They know what is to be paid in violations of Motor Vehicles Act. ...The same people are expressing He didnt have a valid License!! ...My submission is it doesnt matter!! He failed to be a good manager of Law or so to say He failed to be a good manager of Law because of being a Celebrity.
5. This episode is or may be closed in times to come . Question is does it really serve the purpose?? Answer is definitely a big No!!  Dont have the solution of it but too many questions:-
6. Isnt using phone while driving/riding same heinous a crime as driving/riding drunk?
7. What about the parents who get License for their kids before the driving age? Arent they criminal? and they say...Salman didnt have a license...How many of the so called bashers really got their license after a valid test and lining up for queue??....Doesnt the problem start from the whole system of RTO??
8. What about the stuntmans of today?? Do they have license to stunt ,though not inebriated! I feel they are also under the addiction of Power and Enthusiasm!!

I would be happy if 10% of the youngters taking a clue from Salman and pledge to drive as per norms. If that happens then only we can proudly say Justice has been done. Millions of youth follow him ,its the time to take Lessons from him.

Else my verdict remains as Being a Celebrity is one thing and Living a Celebrity is tough.





 

KEDARNATH A SACRED PLACE----- (Time to rethink)

Lord Shiva is in a destroyer form these days.As a mortal its difficult to understand his designs and plans. Was watching NDTV yesterday and Swami Swapooranand Saraswati reinforced my thoughts which I had regarding the Sacred places be it Vaishno Devi, Amarnath,Devis in Himachal, Kanyakumari and whatever.Most of these places have become tourist destinations for pleasure trips and add on has been God Free. Days are not far when tour operators will announce 4Nights+5days+ (God Free)!!!!

Trust me the religious tourism has to be Sacred with a very clear heart and free from all attachments of this material world. Nowadays its Chhutian hai chalo darshan kar aayein (Dual Purpose). All type of evils have started reaching Sacred places because of this mindset. People start having  pegs right from the time they board the train and till they reach back. The whole vibrations of the Yatra and Place change because of such Acts. And  Gods seek a better place to live, else start the Cleanup Act. themselves ..

We have made a Mockery of Gods by making these places a Honeymoon destination. Result ---Hotels/Restaurants all puuting up at these places. Nobody wants to stay in dharamshallas /ashrams. This results in environmental/ecological  imbalance in these places. Adding to this is demand of Electricity /Dams. And when the clouds burst Kedarnath happens......This has to stop else Lord will definitely seek a better destinations to stay Calm and we will have different Gods (Like Ramadevi, Ramabai and what not!!!)

Coming to politics ---All are doing politics off course , but attitude of Congress is devisive. When Bahuguna was offered help by Modi why did he deny help? Was he not playing politics on corpses? Modi was doing what a common countrymen shud do given the resources he had!! Was denying permission to Ramdev not politics?? 

Heard that Congress announced a package of 1000 crores for uttarakhand and 700 crores for Kashmir. Given the damage of lives/property  in Uttarakhand , the grant is peanuts compared to Kashmir. But Kashmir can offcourse be used for Appeasement of a Section !!!

We are disintegrating very fast because of the Appeasement policy of the rulers. This creates hatred automatically with no role of the Appeased. 

On relief people are doing their bit but still a lot needs to be done. Mostly people dont contribute in such causes because they do not trust the Collectors (Off course they are genuine given the number of crooks in our society). 

My Appeal to the people kindly Co-operate. Its for the pride of our God. We have to rebuild that place better than before . Its the pride of Hindus as well as Indians  at stake .....

BALASAHEB AND HOMAGE CONTROVERSY!!!!

 

The Times of India publishes a NEWS that a Girl gets arrested for her Comments. The Girl says " Respect is earned".

 

I want to ask this Girl---- Were 20-21 lakhs people on roads of Mumbai forced??? Definitely not and the Man in question definitely earned this by unstitingly speaking for 'Marathi Manush' and offcourse Hindus. The Man spoke Publicly, what Hindus didn't in close doors discussions for fear of being criticized.

 

 

The Girl wanted to give an impression that the person did not deserve this!! What a pity for this Girl and offcourse Media which has dared to publish this on front page as if  "right to freedom of speech " has been impeached.

 

These people do need to understand that the people had gathered because they admired the personality and loved him.Reasons may be questionable but this is a democracy. Even Mr. Mukesh Ambani cannot dream of such a funeral because you need to be "For People" to get this strength. You cannot buy it at any cost.

 

Another question raised by the Girl is did we need this??? Absolutely is the answer when our own identity as a majority is endangered by the polcy of appeasement by the Politicians. Younger generation which claims to be modern and complains for everything under the Sun and pities itself for being underpriviliged will never stand in SUN for public cause. Its public cause is served only by facebooking. These  people will never move out of AC offices/ Homes and  will always question such funeral and say people are CRAZY!!!!.

 

People are not CRAZY madam they are the real people and moreover these are the people who set an example that MONEY is not the only important thing in life. LOVE is more powerfull than Money.Balasaheb earned these people and has set an example that Service to people gets you more power than the Power of MOney. He undoubtedly deserved this and will be an inspiration for many.....The people who go out for Vacations on every given opportunity even on voting day will never understand the Mob and will always call them uncultured/ crazy...etc....

 

I HAVE ONLY QUESTION TO THE MEDIA AND THESE GIRLS:-

 

IF THESE PEOPLE WERE CRAZY WHAT ABOUT THOSE WHO DISTRIBUTED SWEETS ON THIS (I CAN TELL YOU THERE WERE MANY CITIES IN WHICH THIS HAPPENED)...OFFCOURSE IT WILL NEVER BE REPORTED ......!!!?????

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

MOBILE MUFT

Central Government contemplating free distribution of mobiles. Another populist measure by this mentally bankrupt Government . Still not clear what it wants to achieve by this except votes.

We are declining in GDP,Industrial Production, Agricultural outputs and everything else. Perhaps another Scam in the making. In 2G distributed spectrum and now mobiles.

We have no time to assess that the mobiles and gadgets are not meant for majority of our population. It has made most of us liars... Questions like Kahan ho? are mostly answered untruthfully. This changes the basics of our personality, culture and what not???

We are running after Uncle SAM without realizing that UNCLE SAM will change the rules of the game if and when required. And we will not be able to compete with them unless we standout and play on our own strengths i.e. Sanskar,Culture etc.etc...

Other angles we need to look into:-

1. Do these poor people really need this thing. They hardly earn to maintain their lives how will they maintain the mobile (Unless there is free recharge as well)

2.We have already given Ration Cards ,Voter IDs to immigrants. Now Mobile...Ab aur kya chahiye anti India activities ke liye???

3.Moreover this mobile has made us talkative more than required. It will make more of people lazy. Less socialization is another aftermath of this.???

4.We  don't meet our near and dear ones just because we are in "Touch" through mobile. Trust me its really against our culture.

5.Just look at our younger generation and see the effects of Mobile on them...What a misuse of this wonderfull instrument.

INDIA NEEDS BAN ON USAGE OF MOBILES BY  CERTAIN SEGMENTS NOT FREE ISSUE...
