Last few days there has been a lot of hue and cry over Speakasia and many similar MLMs working in India. According to one estimate the Company Speakasia has created wealth of approx. 2090 crores and has spent 250 crores. Have we ever thought how this Company took others into confidence.?
1. It gave regular programs on NDTV . NDTV never bothered to check the authenticity of the Company. Its surprising that if they have to show insignificant news they do a lot of verification. But in such cases like speakasia they simply gave slots without verification. Can anyone question this group why and how were they interested.?
2.When bad news started coming in it is the only group which has not published anything wrong for SPEAKASIA. Its really surprising!
3. The midsession IPL Ads gave a lot of credibility to this group. The question is who is responsible for such malicious Ads (which woo customers to invest). We have very harsh punishments if some company gives false statements /publishes regarding its public issue. (Governed by SEBI). Was the subscription of e-zine not an investment? The person who paid for this advertisement must be brought to books and must be held responsible?
4. The people behind this scam say there is no judicial recourse to greed. But question is were they not propogating greed and were they not responsible?
